Jeya9 Terms and Conditions — Trusted Malaysia Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the jeya9 platform, including the website at jeya9.vin, the mobile app, and all services provided by us. This Agreement takes effect as soon as you click the "Register" button or access any part of our platform.

By using the jeya9 platform, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion or game, the specific terms shall apply for that purpose only.

To register a jeya9 account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Be an individual (not a company or business entity) registering for personal use.
• Not currently listed on any relevant regulatory body's gaming exclusion register.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Register with accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.

Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account only on the jeya9 platform. Holding multiple accounts — whether under your own name, another person's name, or false information — is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Jeya9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including a national ID, passport, or other supporting documents. Players who fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may be unable to make withdrawals until the process is completed.

You are solely responsible for keeping your jeya9 account login credentials secure, including your username, password, and two-factor authentication (2FA) code. We strongly recommend you:

• Use a strong and unique password for your jeya9 account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account settings.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Report any unauthorised access to the jeya9 support team immediately.

Jeya9 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, Telegram, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, it is a fraudulent attempt — please ignore it and report it to us.

All activity occurring in your account is deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have reported a loss of access or suspicious activity before the activity in question took place. jeya9 is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to safeguard their own account security.

Jeya9 accepts deposits via multiple supported payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players, including internet banking transfers (FPX), local e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, and other digital methods listed on our platform from time to time.

All deposits must be made from an account or payment method registered in your own name. jeya9 does not accept deposits from third parties. If a deposit cannot be matched to a verified owner, jeya9 reserves the right to hold the funds until satisfactory identity verification is completed.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method.
• Deposits are typically credited to your jeya9 account within minutes after the transaction is confirmed.
• Jeya9 does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Failed deposits resulting from incorrect information provided by the player are entirely the player's responsibility.

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that has been registered and verified in your name.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply to each transaction depending on the selected method.

All games available on the jeya9 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified and audited. This ensures every game outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including jeya9 itself.

Players agree to play with honest intent and accept game outcomes determined by the system as final. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded by the jeya9 server shall prevail, not screenshots or other evidence submitted by the player.

• Technical disruptions during gameplay will be resolved based on the last valid server record.
• Bets placed during periods of system disruption will not be considered valid.
• Jeya9 reserves the right to void game rounds affected by technical errors and to refund the bets placed.

The jeya9 platform is intended solely for lawful personal entertainment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system — any discovered vulnerabilities must be reported to us.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other methods to bypass regional restrictions.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Disrupting or attacking jeya9's technical infrastructure.
• Cheating other players or colluding dishonestly in multiplayer games.
• Impersonating jeya9 staff or representing our company without authorisation.

Jeya9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of any term in this document.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting our customer support. For player-initiated closures, any valid balance will be refunded once all security checks have been completed.

• Accounts suspended for security reasons will remain inaccessible until the investigation is complete.
• Balances in accounts closed due to fraud or terms violations will not be refunded.
• Players whose accounts have been closed are not permitted to register a new account without written approval from jeya9.

• Any taxes, levies, or charges imposed by authorities on player wins are the sole responsibility of the player in accordance with applicable local laws.
